Elandrie is a brewer and project manager with 11 years of experience in the brewing industry. Her passion for great food and fascination with the biological sciences inspired her to pursue a career in brewing after graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
She holds a Diploma in Brewing from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, has completed a Certificate in Project Management, and is an advanced and passionate sensory taster.
During her time at SAB, Elandrie has worked at one of the largest breweries in Africa and, since joining the Zone Innovation and Technical Team, has played a key role in managing and launching several innovative products and initiatives.
Today, Elandrie will take us through her journey into the world of brewing and share some of the valuable lessons she has learned while building her career in one of the world’s most exciting and innovative industries.
